Fruits and vegetables are great source of carbohydrates
which is ideal for growth generally and helps improve your child’s brain power
for the rest of the day.

Usage of cheese once in a while is good because
it is rich in calcium and also a useful protein alternative to processed meat.

Mixing lots of finger foods like grapes,
berries, sliced carrots, apples, bananas etc. helps make eating feel like a
treat for the kids.
