INGREDIENTS
- Cream
- Peanut Butter
- Whole milk
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Condensed milk
HOW TO PREPARE
- Using a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer or you use spatula until its thick, do this for about 5mins then set it aside.
- Pour your milk into a sauce pan using low heat, allow it to simmer for a bit.
- Gradually pour the hot milk into the eggs while whisking vigorously
- Then pour out the whole mixture into a sauce pan, cook over low heat. ensure you keep stirring it constantly, until its thick enough to coat. DO NOT BOIL.
- Remove from heat, and whisk in peanut butter.
- Allow it to cool slightly then whisk in condensed milk, vanilla and cream.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Lastly, you pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or plastic and freeze
