DARK CHOCOLATES ARE DISEASE-KILLING BULLETS


Dark chocolates which are also a girl’s best friend and a heart break remedy should be eaten at least twice or three times a week. Chocolates are packed with healthy chemicals like flavonoids and theobromine. Researches show that this little bean is a disease-killing bullet.
                                           

Dark chocolates are good for:

A healthy heart: those who eat one or two servings of dark chocolate each week reduce the risk of heart failure and high blood pressure.

Weight loss:  if you are wondering how you can add dark chocolate to your diet plan without putting on any extra pounds, the good news is that it actually is way easier than you expect. Dark chocolate is far more filling than  other lighter chocolates. That is dark chocolates lessens cravings for sweets, salty and fatty foods.  So ladies munching a few dark chocolates would help us stick to our diet.

Diabetes prevention:  Flavonoid increases nitric oxide production and helps control insulin sensitivity.
